Shipping policy
At Zinarch Arabia (FZC), we specialize in luxury, fragile home fixtures that require specialized handling and secure freight. We deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.

1. Shipping Rates
UAE Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

GCC & International: Shipping costs for orders outside the UAE are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight.

2. Delivery Timelines
Order Processing (Handling Time): 2–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday).

Transit Time (UAE): 6–12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days for in-stock items.

3. Pre-Order & Bespoke Items
Because our luxury basins are often crafted to order, pre-order items have a longer lead time:

UAE Pre-orders: 45–60 days.

GCC Pre-orders: 45–90 days.

4. Delivery Conditions
White-Glove Handling: All basins undergo a multi-point quality inspection and are packed in specialized secure freight packaging before dispatch.

Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers must inspect the item upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours to support@zinarch.ae to qualify for a free replacement.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery progress.
