If the item is unused and uninstalled, you can initiate a return within 14 days. However, to avoid shipping costs, we strongly recommend reviewing dimensions and requesting additional photos from our team before ordering.
While you have 14 days for standard returns, shipping damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours (2 days). This allows us to process a 100% free replacement for you and file a claim with our specialized fragile-goods courier immediately.

Manufacturing defects include issues like cracks, uneven finishes, faulty materials, or structural problems that were present when the product was made. Normal wear and tear, damage from installation, or damage from use are not manufacturing defects.
Actual product colors may vary slightly from website images due to screen display settings, lighting, and photography. Minor color variations are normal and not grounds for return. If you receive a completely different color than ordered, we will accept a return.
No. Once a product is installed or used, it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Please inspect products before installation.
If you ordered the wrong size, you can return the item within 14 days as a 'Change of Mind' return, provided it is uninstalled and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will apply.
Delivery Timeline
Zinarch pieces are luxury architectural fixtures, not mass-market furniture. This timeline (1-2 days handling + 9-12 days transit) allows for white-glove quality inspection, specialized reinforced packaging, and secure freight delivery to ensure your basin arrives in perfect condition.
Pre-order items are specially manufactured or sourced for your project. The estimated delivery window is 45–60 days. We provide a specific estimated arrival date on each product page.
Occasionally yes, if manufacturing completes early. However, we provide realistic estimates and never promise faster delivery to avoid disappointing customers. Luxury cannot be rushed.
International shipping involves complex variables: destination country regulations, customs requirements, shipping routes, courier availability, and current global logistics conditions. We confirm exact timelines within 24 hours after reviewing your specific order and destination to provide accurate, honest information.
You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the item enters the custom manufacturing stage and cannot be cancelled or returned unless it arrives damaged.

For in-stock items in UAE, rush processing is sometimes available (contact us). However, pre-order items cannot be rushed as they're in manufacturing. International express shipping available for some countries (additional cost).
