At Zinarch Arabia (FZC), we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered.

  • Damages & Defects: Due to the fragile nature of luxury stone and ceramic basins, any shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original professional packaging.

  • Not yet installed, plumbed, or modified in any way.

3. Return Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: Zinarch Arabia does NOT charge any restocking or handling fees (AED 0.00).

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns where the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to our Sharjah warehouse.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Zinarch Arabia will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for items confirmed as damaged upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/Pre-Orders: Items manufactured or ordered specifically for you (Bespoke) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged (and are reported within the 48-hour window).

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
