1. Return Window

Standard Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered.

Damages & Defects: Due to the fragile nature of luxury stone and ceramic basins, any shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original professional packaging.

Not yet installed, plumbed, or modified in any way.
3. Return Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fee: Zinarch Arabia does NOT charge any restocking or handling fees (AED 0.00).

Change of Mind: For standard returns where the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to our Sharjah warehouse.

Damaged/Defective Items: Zinarch Arabia will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for items confirmed as damaged upon arrival.
